Our project is primarily a virtual labour market with a potential for international use. It links relevant candidates to job offers. Candidates are paired based on the criteria they match, not on keywords. The project focuses on hiring new employees – a virtual labour market. Demand meets offer here, which means that the candidate can fill in his or her profile in a few steps and can add his or her classic CV to the profile and then only wait for job offers. The authors already have a full-featured platform and the first clients from the big companies.
